You might be travelling up to 35% domestic and international 15% of your time.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What you will do</H2> </div><div> As a Senior Automation Engineer you will: <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Act as the technical reference for the automation engineering team, providing guidance and expert support</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across projects and engineering activities</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Develop and track project engineering deliverables including design, installation, and commissioning and life cycle tasks</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Interface with account managers and customers to assess requirements and support cost-effective solutions</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Analyze, design, develop, implement and support automation solutions including PLC, HMI/SCADA, databases and cybersecurity.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Configure control systems including PLCs, fieldbus networks, and distributed I/O</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Develop electrical schematics, control panel concepts, and system architecture</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Participate in design reviews and safety risk assessments</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Lead and support automation activities during installation, commissioning, and performance testing</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Troubleshoot complex automation, electrical, and integration issues</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Mentor and coach other engineers to strengthen team capabilities</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Conduct customer training and ensure successful system handover</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensure compliance with local and client standards, and internal quality processes</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">We believe you have</H2> </div><div> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related technical field</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">10+ years of experience with industrial automation systems in processing environments</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong proficiency in PLC and HMI/SCADA programming (Rockwell / Tetra Pak standard preferred)</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Experience with MES systems, databases, and virtualization technologies</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Working knowledge of ISA-S88 and ISA-S95 standards</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong electrical design and troubleshooting capability (up to 600 VAC) and pneumatic systems</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to act as a technical leader and influence teams through collaboration and knowledge sharing across boundaries </li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Passion for continuous improvement and driving engineering excellence</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Fluency in English & Spanish.
