The role ensures high-quality data management, effective supplier communication, and timely execution of compliance processes, enabling a robust and compliant supplier base.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><h3>1. Data Management & System Administration (40%)</h3> <ul> <li>Support central teams with data collection and management</li> <li>Exposure to tools like Sedex , EcoVadis , Integrity Next etc</li> <li>Upload and maintain data in systems ensuring data accuracy</li> <li>Track document validity and versions</li> <li>Generate reports and dashboards</li> </ul> <h3>2. Supplier Communication & Coordination (20%)</h3> <ul> <li>Engage suppliers for compliance documentation</li> <li>Communicate requirements and follow up</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers</li> </ul> <h3>3. Risk, Sustainability & Compliance Monitoring (20%)</h3> <ul> <li>Plan and track supplier assessments and audits</li> <li>Support risk screening activities</li> <li>Monitor compliance and highlight risks</li> </ul> <h3>4. Tool & Access Administration (10%)</h3> <ul> <li>Manage user access in relevant tools</li> <li>Ensure governance compliance</li> </ul> <h3>5.
