<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" style="width:890.0px"> <tbody> <tr> <td><img src="https://www.normagroup.com/norma.nsf/res/nds-tlc-job-posting-header.jpg/$file/nds-tlc-job-posting-header.jpg"> <p> </p> <p>As part of an international mid-sized corporation with ambitious growth plans, an innovative mindset and high customer focus, NDS is looking for highly motivated and team-oriented individuals with eagerness to join our journey from good to great.</p> <p> </p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><b>Summary</b></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Under the guidance of the Mold setter Supervisor, the Mold Setter, removes and install molds in and reviews process conditions and inject the first article for QC sign off.</span></span></span></p> <p>First shift (Monday to Friday)</p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><b>Responsibilities</b></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Responsibilities include but not limited to:</span></span></span></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Change out molds in machines in a timely manner following company Safety procedures</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Set up machine process conditions that will yield best part quality at optimum cycle times</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Participates in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, molds, machines, product quality, and overall performance</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Maintain a safe and clean work environment all the time</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Be a role model in applying the NDS Core Values</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Perform any other jobs as directed from time to time</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Follow all company safety policies and practices</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Use hand tools (i.e. wrenches pliers) to remove and install molds and inject first article for QC sign off.</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Ensures jobs are completed safely, properly and within estimated time frame</span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Review settings as needed to best quality and cycle time performance</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><b>Position Requirements</b></span></span></span></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Education - High School graduate </span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Knowledge - Computer literate.
