Join the team We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Buyer to join our Toys and Gaming team being responsible for largest sales department in the company. As the Toys and Gaming Buyer you will be responsible for building and trading a department range/business group that delivers the strategy, vision and financial KPI’s. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to build assortment plans to drive sales and profitability, in line with Target’s values. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or Retail with at least 4 years’ experience in Buying / Design / Product Development in a specialty retail environment. Demonstrated ability to lead a supplier and sourcing strategy is essential as is experience in implementing merchandise strategy and trading business within season along with solid understanding of the total retail landscape and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
