Responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Utilizing technical expertise in reviewing field technician's service reports and determining the validity and proper scope/cost of proposed deficiency repairs. </li> <li>Preparation of customer facing deficiency repair proposals for approval. </li> <li>Assist in technical training for internal partners and miscellaneous projects. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Skills/Qualifications</H2> </div><div>Required • Minimum 5 years' Fire Systems experience • Ability to communicate effectively with AHJ’s as needed • Excellent phone demeanor and experience with customer service • High School Diploma/GED • Conflict resolution & negotiation capabilities Preferred • Experience with reading, understanding and creating quotes • NICET and other Fire Certifications • Accurate typing and 10 key pad skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet </div></div></div> Benefits Cintas offers comprehensive and competitive medical, dental and vision benefits, with premiums below the national average.
