Agriculture Technician, AgGrowPro Farms The Agriculture Technician, AgGrowPro Farms, is responsible for assisting the Supervisor, AgGrowPro Farms in the successful farming operation including, but not limited to land prep, planting and field maintenance of sugarcane fields. Field scouting for pests and proper control applications based on supervisors’ recommendations. Supervision of tractor operators and field workers daily and record keeping of employees’ timesheets. The AgGrowPro farming operations is based on a sustainable agriculture and climate resilient technical practice, that is intended to improve the yields of AgGrowPro Farms for the purpose of increasing the cane supply to the mill.
