PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Accountable identifying and implementing improvements in Process equipment throughput, quality, safety and efficiency</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Working closely with operational personnel to understand problems, perform troubleshooting and develop solutions together</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Use strong continuous improvement skills to enhance system reliability and identify/implement productivity and cost improvements including new technologies.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and improve procedures and instructions to maximize Bulk and Liquid loading production scheduling and overall loading operations up to and including process aid consumption</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate arrival and offloading of raw sugar vessels, track downtime and implement actions to improve efficiency</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Show thorough understanding of the interactions between machine, materials, methods, environment, and people to provide robust operating systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide key technical support in capital projects and new product and Process equipment testing/start-ups.
