Redpath Sugar is part of the ASR Group, the world’s largest refiner and marketer of cane sugar, with an annual production capacity of more than 6 million tons of sugar. The Redpath Belleville plant is a blending and packaging operation producing a variety of sugar containing products for customers in Canada and the U.S. The plant operates state of the art high speed mixing and packaging systems supported by high level safety, quality and logistics systems. We are seeking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing operation and have excellent communication skills, a drive for results and have the energy and vision to recognize and implement improvement opportunities both independently and as part of a team with members of all levels of an organization. Overview As a member of the team, you will be responsible for operating various types of packaging and mixing equipment. This position works a MAD rotation on 8-hour shifts approximately 40 hours per week, but can be transitioned to an Alternative shift rotation on 12-hour shifts approximately 36 hours per week, according to business needs.
