OVERVIEW The Water Control Technician is responsible for supporting daily farm water‑management operations by installing, relocating, and maintaining pumps, coordinating with equipment operators, and ensuring all pump systems meet safety and operational standards. This role requires strong communication, routine maintenance skills, accurate record‑keeping, and the ability to keep pump sites clean, organized, and functioning efficiently. The technician works closely with the Farm Manager, Ag Techs, and other field staff to ensure proper water flow, respond to operational needs, assist with spills or cleanup, and support overall farm productivity.
