OVERVIEW The Supply Planner provides analytics, support, and inputs to the supply plan in support of the regional footprint. They are tasked with driving Continuous Improvement with the Logistics and Operations teams. With direction from the corresponding Category Planning Manager, he/she covers mission critical duties for mid/long-term supply planning. The individual will own project/task management of action items related to Supply Planning within the S&OP Process, He/she will support KPI’s and scorecard metrics. Routinely conducts ad-hoc capacity and materials planning analysis. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Utilize SAP IBP, Excel, and other systems/processes to gather and analyze sales data, production performance, and conduct capacity analysis</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support and/or execute planning responsibilities for their corresponding categories to deliver Service, Cost and Inventory targets</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support development of executive summary and KPI’s in the S&OP process</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support development of 13-week and 18-month supply plans.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Own action items resulting from the S&OP cycle</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead root-cause analysis for demand / supply performance gaps</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for Supply Chain cost-reduction / continuous improvement.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master data support for production planning such as: (1) New finished good request through MDG (2) Coordination of activities related to data cleanup / correction</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support deployment across regions or members as needed</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Evaluate slow moving and excess inventories and take appropriate corrective actions</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Backup members of the Planning Team including Category Planning Manager-level duties on an ad-hoc basis.</li> </ul> WORK EXPERIENCES <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Background in Supply Chain – Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service</li> </ul> EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience</li> </ul> ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES) <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">SAP experience a plus</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & PowerBI</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be a team player</li> </ul> LOCATION OF ROLE <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">ASR - Baltimore, MD or</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">ASR – West Palm Beach. FL</li> </ul> Salary Range - $62,500-$115,500 The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
