OVERVIEW The No. 2 Auto Machine Mechanic is responsible for operating high speed packaging equipment and assisting the No. 1 Auto Machine Mechanic (AMM) with maintenance in an industrial food facility, which consists of routine maintenance, infield adjustments and complete breakdowns of equipment.
