OVERVIEW The Manager must have the ability to lead/coordinate/manage, maintenance, repair, and reliability programs for a large Sugar refinery. In this position, he/she will be responsible for managing a team of Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Managers, Supervisors and technicians to maintain safe, reliable, efficient operation of the refinery. The Manager is responsible for executing the structured work processes, and systems necessary to achieve and sustain both the Reliability Engineering and Maintenance Planning missions.
