This includes originating and developing sites for data center load customers and combining gas-fired power generation with our core business of power generation through solar, wind, and battery storage. RWE develops, owns, and operates all generation assets, while taking care of development steps only for the data center site, including land, electrical interconnection, utilities and permits, thereby accelerating the customers’ speed to interconnection and power.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">The Energy Campus Development team is accountable for designing and operating the product and delivery model for RWE’s Energy Campus programs, integrating flexible generation, renewables, and enabling infrastructure into a single coordinated product offering and program construct.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">The <strong>Product Manager, Energy Campus</strong>, is accountable for defining, evolving, and commercializing RWE’s Energy Campus offerings into repeatable products that can be efficiently priced, developed, and delivered. The Product Manager does not execute transactions, manage project delivery, or own assets; instead, they ensure the organization is selling and building the right product.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">If you’re excited about helping RWE to expand its portfolio to serve new market needs, we look forward to speaking with you.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Energy Campus Product Strategy: </strong></span> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Design and own the Energy Campus vision, value proposition, and roadmap across flexible generation, renewables, storage, and grid-integrated solutions</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Define product architecture and configuration logic to balance flexibility in product offerings with internal standardization and execution discipline</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Evolve the Energy Campus offering based on customer feedback, competitive dynamics, regulatory change, and asset performance</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Go-to-market and Commercial Enablement:</strong></span> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Partner with Business Development, Strategy, and Structured Origination on customer target segments, positioning, and value proposition</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop customer-facing narratives, solution descriptions, and enablement material</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support executive-level customer discussions while maintaining clean handoffs for deal execution</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Internal Alignment &amp; Execution Readiness: </strong></span> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Work with Project Development, Engineering, Interconnection, Regulatory, and Execution to ensure products are technically executable and development-ready</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Incorporate Asset Management and Commercial Optimization insights into product desig</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Leverage RWE’s global engineering and operating expertise to inform Energy Campus product differentiation</span></li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Job Requirements and Experience:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, Economics, or a related technical field</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MS in Engineering, Energy, or Infrastructure)</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Formal program, project, or product management training or certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CPM, agile) is a plus</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Minimum 5 years in product management, commercialization, or strategy in energy or infrastructure</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Demonstrated experience integrating and executing complex, multi technology offerings</span></li> <li style=""><span style=""><u>Knowledge &amp; Application: </u></span> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Expert at designing multi-project products tailored to customer needs</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Delivers clear product vision that guides product development and external positioning</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style=""><span style=""><u>Complexity &amp; Problem Solving:</u></span> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Identifies customer needs and market constraints and derives solution offerings</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Derives simple product structures in a complex environment</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style=""><span style=""><u>Collaboration &amp; Interaction:</u></span> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Leads product definition, integrating insights and feedback from development, execution, and marketing functions </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Maintains productive exchange with customers facing teams to integrate feedback into product development</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style=""><span style="">This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWE office and field locations</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><em>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The listed salary range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
