RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: IT / Digital Remuneration: Exempt In your role as Senior Manager, Digital Solutions for Software Development, you will be responsible for leading and developing proprietary, custom applications that power our day-to-day business, connecting operational data to enable business decisions and drive outcomes that improve the performance and availability of over 160 renewable energy sites with 13GW of wind, solar, and battery assets. You will serve as the domain solution architect, actively collaborate with business stakeholders, and partner with technologists to define and implement the go-forward technical strategy for Engineering & Operations applications. You will guide and grow a team of technical experts to develop products and applications using Agile practices and enhance interdisciplinary collaboration across different teams.
