The Electrical BOP team provides engineering expertise for a wide range of BOP components, such as transformers, cables, dynamic and static reactive power devices, substations, relays, breakers, and power plant controllers. By collaborating closely with teams in Operations, Asset Management, Compliance, and Development/Construction, the Electrical BOP team helps ensure that current and future generating assets consistently operate at their best.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">We are seeking an experienced Power Systems Engineer with deep expertise in <strong>short circuit analysis</strong> and <strong>arc flash studies</strong>. The ideal candidate will hold a <strong>Professional Engineer (PE) license</strong>, have a proven track record of conducting and approving these studies, and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all relevant codes and standards governing arc flash safety.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Role Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Perform and review short circuit studies and arc flash hazard analyses for electrical systems</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Approve study reports</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Recommend mitigation strategies to reduce incident energy levels</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Prepare technical documentation, including one-line diagrams, protective device coordination, and arc flash labeling</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develop and maintain accurate electrical system models using
