Energy Campus,</strong> is responsible for leading electrical engineering design for large energy campus projects integrating PV, wind, BESS, and thermal generation with 100 MW+ data center loads, as well as, Stand-alone or co-located onshore wind, solar, and storage projects, from development through construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Role Responsibilities: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Define overall electrical architecture, basis of design, single-line diagrams, protection philosophy, redundancy strategy, metering, and interconnection approach</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead integration of PV, Wind, BESS, natural gas-fired power plants, substations, switchyards, gen-tie lines, and large data center loads</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Serve as the electrical single point of contact for concept, detailed design, IFC, construction, commissioning, and operations turnover</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage Owner’s Engineers, engineering consultants, EPC engineering teams, and specialty study consultants</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Translate customer, hyperscaler, utility, ISO/RTO, and internal requirements into clear technical specifications and design deliverables</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Coordinate with utilities, transmission providers, hyperscalers, generation owners, EPCs, OEMs, consultants, construction, operations, and internal stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Oversee electrical balance-of-plant design, including MV/HV systems, substations, collection systems, auxiliary power, grounding, lightning protection, protection and controls, communications, and metering.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead review of major electrical equipment specifications, technical bids, vendor drawings, and procurement packages</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage grid modeling and feasibility studies, including PSCAD, PSS/E, load flow, short circuit, transient stability, EMT, harmonic, protection coordination, grounding, arc flash, and RAM/system availability studies</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Support interconnection applications, grid code compliance, utility studies, NERC documentation, model validation, and technical due diligence</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, technical risk reviews, and resolution of RFIs, submittals, deviations, and field engineering issues</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Support commissioning, energization, testing, punch-list closeout, as-built documentation, and final asset turnover to operations</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Develop and improve electrical engineering standards, design criteria, processes, procedures, and lessons learned</span></li> <li sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Job Requirements and Experiences: </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited college engineering program or equivalent</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience in power generation, renewables, BESS, thermal generation, substations, transmission, data centers, or large industrial power systems</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience with transmission design, substation design, collection/distribution systems, major equipment specifications, power system studies, and protection and control</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience managing engineering consultants, Owner’s Engineers, EPCs, or third-party technical advisors</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience supporting projects from development and feasibility through detailed design, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong knowledge of utility interconnection, grid compliance, and power system modeling requirements</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
