<div><strong>Factory Service & Parts Representative </strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Tasks</strong></div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Strategic development of dealers in the aftersales area within the assigned territory</li> <li>Technical support for our dealers and customers – by phone, email, and directly on site</li> <li>Regular visits to dealers and customers for support</li> <li>Analysis, documentation, and handling of field failure cases</li> <li>Processing of warranty and goodwill claims</li> <li>Conducting technical training sessions and providing support through initial on-site assignments at customer locations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Profile</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>German or English language skills at B2 level</li> <li>Yrkeshögskole degree or Bachelor of Engineering (Högskoleingenjör)</li> <li>Strong practical experience in agricultural engineering</li> <li>Ideally, knowledge of grassland and/or forage harvesting technology</li> <li>Preferred place of residence: Southern Sweden</li> <li>Proficiency in PC applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Strong team spirit, flexibility, and a high level of initiative</li> <li>Willingness to travel regularly within Sweden and occasionally to Germany</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Fabriksansvarig för service och reservdelar</strong></p> <p><strong>Arbetsuppgifter</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Strategisk vidareutveckling av våra importörer inom eftermarknad i Sverige.</li> <li>Teknisk support till våra importörer och kunder – via telefon, e‑post samt på plats och i fält</li> <li>Regelbundna besök hos återförsäljare och även slutkunder för support</li> <li>Analysera och dokumentera fältrelaterade skador</li> <li>Hantering av garanti- och goodwillärenden</li> <li>Ansvara för tekniska utbildningar samt support hos importörer och/eller slutkunder</li> </ul> <p><strong>Profil</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Krav på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift B2 nivå</li> <li>Tyska i tal och skrift är meriterande</li> <li>Gymnasieexamen eller högskoleingenjörsexamen</li> <li>Goda dator-kunskaper, särskilt inom MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li>Gedigen praktisk erfarenhet inom lantbruksteknik</li> <li>Meriterande med kunskap inom vall- och/eller skördeteknik</li> <li>Meriterade att ha kunskap om Krone och deras produktportfölj.</li> <li>Hög samarbetsförmåga, flexibilitet och eget initiativtagande</li> <li>Tjänsten innebär regelbundna tjänsteresor inom Sverige samt enstaka resor till Tyskland</li> <li>Bostadsort företrädesvis i södra Sverige</li> </ul>
