<p><strong>Name of the Project:</strong> Product Deployment Intern</p> <p><strong>Vice Presidency:</strong> Digital & Organization Development</p> <p><strong>Region:</strong> Central</p> <p><strong>Intern’s Location (Office):</strong> Campus CX</p> <div> </div> <p><strong>Eligible Semester(s):</strong> 5th - 8th semester</p> <p><strong>Careers of Interest:</strong> Engineering (ideal Mechatronic Engineer, electronics, mechanics, electrician, or mechanical administrator)</p> <p><strong>Schedule Availability:</strong> Between 25 and 30 hours per week</p> <p><strong>Period of Stay at CEMEX:</strong> 6 months, with the option of renewal</p> <p><strong>Tentative Start Date:</strong> July 2026</p> <h3><strong>________________________________________________________________________________________________________</strong></h3> <p><strong>Project Objective</strong></p> <div> <div>Ensure the deployment of Arkik's Ready Mix Suite offering from prospecting support to solution implementation and operational continuity using Arkik's Ready Mix Suite. </div> </div> <p> </p> <p><strong>Challenges for the Students</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the investigation of possible causes that lead to claims by the final consumer.</li> <li>Provide technical advice to the client on possible physical adjustments to the plant to increase productivity.</li> <li>Telephone advice without internet network connection</li> <li>Solve failures that cause downtime</li> <li>Provide advice to personnel in failures that are not typical of the automatic system.</li> <li>Telephone advice to a desperate client </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out</strong></p> <p>Technical evaluation of the plant </p> <div> <ul> <li>Validate the physical-electromechanical conditions of the plant "Revision of dosing plants" prior to the implementation of Arkik with a client.</li> <li>Support Level 2: Specialized support services directly related to plant control exercised by Arkik Batch; Example: "Automatism failure", "System errors", incorporation of a new plant element as an additive, failures in scales, calibrations, etc.</li> <li>Guide the client to fix failures of the electromechanical part of the plant</li> <li>Manage the stock of Arkik deployment team</li> <li>Management and preparation of the hardware that will be assigned to the client in bailment or sale. (Upload of Master Data, Arkik control panel settings, Computer configuration.)</li> <li>Physical monitoring of Arkik's stabilization after implementation.</li> <li>Scheduling annual visits to clients with Arkik.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Customer facilities</p> <ul> <li>Validate the use of Arkik advising the client.</li> <li>Provide support on report management, best practices, configurations, etc. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Maintenance Cloud Services</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring of plant performance with Arkik Ready Mix Suite</li> <li>Carry out constant monitoring of the weighing tolerance indicators and manufacturing times. </li> </ul> </div> <h3> </h3> <h3><strong>Specific Requirements / Qualifications</strong></h3> <p>General:</p> <ul> <li>Engineering (ideal Mechatronic Engineer, electronics, mechanics, electrician, or mechanical administrator)</li> <li>Ability to work in both operational and administrative areas.</li> <li>Leadership. • Ability to relate to different people.</li> <li>Ability to provide remote support (phone and WEB)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Involvement in automation projects</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Interpretation of electrical diagrams</li> <li>Knowledge of basic level of electricity</li> <li>Knowledge of basic level of electronics</li> <li>Knowledge of basic level of mechanical and pneumatic engineering.</li> <li>Knowledge: at least basic level of systems based on PLC's</li> <li>Interpretation of ladder diagrams</li> <li>Advanced English level</li> <li>Efficient Office management</li> <li>Teamwork</li> <li>customer orientation – service</li> <li>Effective communication</li> <li>Achievement orientation</li> <li>Functional Competences</li> <li>Office management</li> <li>Data Analysis</li> <li>Supply management </li> </ul>
