As a key member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, this role provides strategic and functional leadership to all plant Supply Chain teams in the EURAF region and market Supply Chain teams transformational supply chain roles</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Proven experience leading teams within complex, multicultural, and multi-country environments across Europe</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Strong expertise in logistics and materials management solutions, including process optimization, digitalization, and analytics</li> <li style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Previous management experience at a global or regional supply chain level with both people and functional leadership responsibilities</li> <li
