We are seeking an experienced and influential Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead and execute our HSE strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Based in our Head Office in Melbourne and reporting to senior leadership, this pivotal role will provide national oversight across our Operational sites, Service function, Installation process and Sales. As the HSE leader for Australia and New Zealand, you will lead a small team of Health & Safety Business Partners, providing coaching, mentorship, and direction to ensure consistent delivery of HSE initiatives. You will partner closely with operational leaders, branch managers, field technicians, installers, and key stakeholders to build a proactive health & safety culture, ensure legislative compliance, drive continuous improvement initiatives that protect our people and support business performance and ensure our environmental footprint is continually minimised.
