Enjoy an industry-competitive salary, five weeks of vacation, a comprehensive onboarding program, diverse and tailored training opportunities, and the chance to work in a vibrant, dedicated team on exciting and meaningful projects – just some of the benefits we provide!</span></p> <p> </p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Your responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">From Customer Needs to Co-Engineered Solutions</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate closely with customers in early-stage co-engineering of sealing solutions to translate functional requirements into feasible, manufacturable, and cost-effective product designs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers, ensuring early project involvement, continuous alignment, and seamless integration of feedback throughout the development process.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">From Concept to Optimized Product Design</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead the design and 3D modeling of components and assemblies, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, sustainability, and compliance with customer and internal requirements.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Initiate and interpret simulations (e.g., FEA, mold flow, demolding studies) in collaboration with internal experts to validate and optimize product performance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create and maintain precise technical documentation, including drawings with GD&amp;T, specifications, and reports to ensure clarity and alignment with customers and internal stakeholders.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">From Optimization to Innovation</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback from prototyping, testing, and production, while leveraging new materials, technologies, and innovations to enhance performance, reduce costs, and strengthen market competitiveness.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging materials, and advanced manufacturing technologies to deliver innovative solutions and protect intellectual property through patent filings.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Our requirements</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or Polymer Engineering, preferably with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in product development and simulation-based optimization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proven ability to build strong technical customer relationships and engage early in projects to co-develop optimized, functional, and cost-efficient solutions. In-depth understanding of customer applications, end markets, and automotive requirements relevant to the Transportation &amp; Electronics (T&amp;E) Business Unit.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Expertise across the full product development cycle, from CAD modeling and FEA to prototyping and manufacturing. Advanced skills in 3D modeling, design optimization, and GD&amp;T, combined with solid knowledge of polymers and elastomers.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of addressing complex product development challenges and delivering clear, concise technical documentation to support both customer requirements and internal project governance.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while serving as the primary technical interface to the customer.
