Through targeted strategy development and execution, this position significantly contributes to operational efficiency and the enhancement of corporate value.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong><span style="">Your responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Develop and execute global category strategies for Professional Services, Travel, and IT aligned with business and digitalization goals</span></li> <li><span style="">Act as a strategic partner for senior stakeholders and C-level executives to align business and procurement expectations</span></li> <li><span style="">Facilitate critical decisions on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and investment business cases</span></li> <li><span style="">Lead end-to-end RFx processes and tenders for services, projects, and framework agreements</span></li> <li><span style="">Negotiate commercial models, prices, and contracts for strategic suppliers</span></li> <li><span style="">Drive targeted cost reduction, cost avoidance, and value-generation initiatives</span></li> <li><span style="">Establish, manage, and continuously optimize preferred supplier panels and frame contracts</span></li> <li><span style="">Enforce demand discipline, spend transparency, and strict procurement policy compliance</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><br><strong><span style="">Our requirements</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Proven track record in Professional Services and/or IT procurement within an international environment </span></li> <li><span style="">Strong track record in managing senior stakeholders and executive level interactions</span></li> <li><span style="">Master’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g. Strategy, Operations, Finance, or Management Information Systems) or equal to at least 10 years of experience in global procurement</span></li> <li><span style="">High level of commercial acumen, analytical capability, and structured execution mindset </span></li> <li><span style="">Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cost-saving initiatives, achieving measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability</span></li> <li><span style="">Ability to analyze market data and trends to optimize strategies</span></li> <li><span style="">Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing complex contract negotiations</span></li> <li><span style="">Project management skills to support procurement initiatives</span></li> <li><span style="">Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English required, proficiency in German is a strong plus</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="">Ready to start?
