Bylor have already broken the UK record for the largest continuous concrete pour of 9,000m3 of concrete.<br>This is great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that is challenging the industry and making history.</p> <p><br><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p> <p><br>A highly skilled Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) Manager is sought to join the Digital Quality Team at BYLOR undertaking the Main Civil Works at Hinkley Point C.</p> <p><br><strong>Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:</strong></p> <p><br>As an LTQR Manager, you will join BYLOR’s established Records Team, where you will oversee the quality arrangements of all BYLOR Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) of all BYLOR records and related &apos;End&apos; Reports.<br>You will also have line management responsibilities for the team responsible of Compiling BYLOR self Delivered Works across all work packages, such as reinforced concrete, embedded items, supporting Tier 2 activities, and any post-pour processes. Your leadership will help ensure that all necessary documentation is handed over promptly after construction activities.</p> <p><br><strong>The primary focus of this position is:</strong></p> <p><br>• Provide oversight of Tier 2 Record Strategy ensuring alignment to BYLORs processes<br>• Develop, maintain and implement strategic plans for LTQR management across all projects and work packages<br>• Identify, evaluate, and execute process improvements to enhance team efficiency and quality outcomes<br>• Establish standardized procedures and workflows aligned with BYLOR&apos;s LTQR procedure and industry standards<br>• Monitor and optimize digital systems operations (ASITE, Teamcenter, and other EDM platforms)<br>• Ensure all documentation, procedures, and training materials are up to date and fit-for-purpose In addition to supervising the team, and strategic management, the day-to-day activities for this role include:<br>• Quality assurance: Ensure all project LTQR deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.<br>• Compliance: Ensure that BYLOR’s and Supply chains record-keeping practices adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in records management.<br>• Collaboration: Work closely with BYLOR&apos;s Delivery teams, internal and external stakeholders to ensure LTQR Management ‘Best Practices’ are followed.<br>• List of Deliverables Management: Ensuring accurate population and maintenance of metadata in the respective List of Deliverables.<br>• Snag lists / Exception items: support with the management of Snag lists and Exception Items, ensuring any outstanding issues or defects are captured for full transparency.<br>• Digital Systems Operation: Use designated digital platforms and Electronic Data Management Systems (e.g., ASITE, Teamcenter) for submitting, retrieving, and sharing. Ensure adherence to document management, version control, and workflow requirements.</p> <p><br><strong>The day-to-day responsibilities of the team overseen include:</strong></p> <p><br>• Production of LTQRs: Identifying, snagging, compiling, QA checking, and submitting / retrieving records<br>• Liaising with project delivery teams and stakeholders<br>• Operating digital systems for records management<br>• Managing lists of exception items and snags<br>• Supporting completion and handover of work packages</p> <p><br><strong>Essential skills &amp; knowledge:</strong></p> <p><br><strong>ATTITUDE</strong></p> <p><br><strong>You will:</strong></p> <p><br>• Have demonstrated experience in records management, quality assurance, or document control<br>• Have strong knowledge of LTQR procedures, document management systems, and regulatory compliance<br>• Be proficient with digital platforms and EDMS (experience with ASITE and/or Teamcenter preferred)<br>• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement<br>• Have the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution<br>• Be a self-starter who takes the initiative, is tenacious and be passionate about quality and continuous improvement<br>• Show good attention to detail and appreciate the importance of being organised, accurate record keeping and conforming with project procedures<br>• Take ownership of your work and work effectively with minimal supervision<br>• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</p> <p><br><strong>COMMUNICATION</strong></p> <p><br><strong>You will:</strong></p> <p><br>• Have excellent communications skills and be able to manage stakeholder engagement<br>• Ensure appropriate processes are being followed<br>• Enjoy working in a team, and work well with others</p> <p><br><strong>TECHNOLOGY / IT SKILLS</strong></p> <p><br><strong>You will:</strong></p> <p><br>• Be comfortable learning new software, and showing others how to use it<br>• Be comfortable with BYLOR digital forms platform – Field View<br>• Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365<br>• Be proficient in EDMS (Electronic Document Management systems such as Asite and Teamcenter)</p> <p><br><strong>SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p><br>• Experience in delivering handover of Major Projects<br>• Experience in multi-disciplinary delivery<br>• 5 or 10+ years&apos; experience in records management<br>• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of customers</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
