Bylor have already broken the UK record for the largest continuous concrete pour of 9,000m3 of concrete.</p> <p><br>This is great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that is challenging the industry and making history.</p> <p><br><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p> <p><br>A highly skilled Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) Document Controller is sought to join the Digital Quality Team at BYLOR undertaking the Main Civil Works at Hinkley Point C.</p> <p><br><strong>Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:</strong></p> <p><br>As an LTQR Controller, you will be working for BYLOR’s established Records Team, responsible for the management and control of all BYLOR records and associated &apos;End&apos; Reports. The principal remit of this role is to compile and deliver BYLOR records for all work packages, including reinforced concrete, embedded items, Tier 2 activities and any post pour activities, to ensure timely handover of all required documentation following construction activities.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><br><strong>• Production of LTQRs: support the production of LTQRs in a timely manner in accordance with BYLORs LTQR procedure by:</strong></p> <p><br>o Identifying<br>o Snagging<br>o Compiling<br>o Submitting / Retrieving documents<br>o QA checking</p> <p><br>• Quality assurance: Ensure all project LTQR deliverables meet the required quality standards and<br>specifications.<br>• Compliance: Ensure that BYLOR’s and Supply chains record-keeping practices adhere to<br>regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in records management.<br>• Collaboration: Work closely with BYLOR&apos;s Delivery teams, internal and external stakeholders to<br>ensure LTQR Management ‘Best Practices’ are followed.<br>• List of Deliverables Management: Ensuring accurate population and maintenance of metadata<br>in the respective List of Deliverables.<br>• Snag lists / Exception items: support with the management of Snag lists and Exception Items,<br>ensuring any outstanding issues or defects are captured for full transparency.<br>• Digital Systems Operation: Use designated digital platforms and Electronic Data Management<br>Systems (e.g., ASITE, Teamcenter) for submitting, retrieving, and sharing. Ensure adherence to<br>document management, version control, and workflow requirements.</p> <p><br><strong>• Day-to-day tasks typically involve:</strong></p> <p><br>o Snagging, compiling, QA checking, and submitting records<br>o Liaising with project delivery teams and stakeholders<br>o Operating digital systems for records management<br>o Managing lists of exception items and snags<br>o Supporting completion and handover of work packages</p> <p><br>You will receive initial training and ongoing support from the LTQR Coordinators and the Records team.</p> <p><br><strong>Essential skills &amp; knowledge:</strong></p> <p><br><strong>You will:</strong></p> <p><br>• Be a self-starter who takes the initiative, is tenacious and be passionate about quality and<br>continuous improvement<br>• Show good attention to detail and appreciate the importance of being organised, accurate<br>record keeping and conforming with project procedures<br>• Take ownership of your work and work effectively with minimal supervision<br>• Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment<br>• Have excellent communications skills and be able to manage stakeholder engagement<br>• Ensure appropriate processes are being followed<br>• Enjoy working in a team, and work well with others<br>• Be comfortable learning new software, and showing others how to use it<br>• Be comfortable with BYLOR digital forms platform – Field View<br>• Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365<br>• Be proficient in EDMS (Electronic Document Management systems such as Asite and<br>Teamcenter)</p> <p><br><strong>DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p><br>• Previous experience in information management / document control<br>• Previous experience on a construction project<br>• Existing knowledge of a digital records system or document control system<br>• Problem solving and logic-based troubleshooting skills<br>• Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a diverse group of customers</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
