<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Quality Project Office Analyst</strong><br><strong>Mactech</strong><br><strong>Hinkley Point C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p> <p><br>Evolve and adapt existing reporting tools to optimise data entry<br>Identify and implement PowerBI reporting functionality across a range of data collection tools within the Quality Function<br>Regular maintenance and data refresh duties to service a broad range of internal customers<br>Continuously improve reporting in line with evolving Project demands from internal and external stakeholders<br>Supporting the Quality Lead in managing developing a reporting development roadmap<br>Work collaboratively with all parties to manage and maintain PDO Quality reporting<br>Proactively identify, address and report any data quality / interface issues, collaboratively working with the project team members within PMO and IT for resolution<br>Support the Quality Leads to define data characteristics required to report on PDO quality performance<br>Identify and share risks and opportunities to improve project delivery through raising and participation in Learning Reports.<br>Drive improvements into the Project using industry standards and best practice for data governance, assurance and reporting Project team members<br>Participate in the implementation of the Quality Department Digital tools</p> <p><br><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Essential</strong></p> <p><br>A HNC/HND qualification or degree in a relevant data analytics/IT, project management or project controls subject, or equivalent qualification.<br>Broad experience of implementing a variety of PowerBI reporting solutions<br>Proven track record of delivering results<br>Proven experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multicultural environment</p> <p><br><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <p><br>Commercial exposure, especially supplier management</p> <p><br><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Essential</strong></p> <p><br>Experience in large Project organisations<br>PowerBI report development within complex organisations<br>Analysis of data, preparing reports and making recommendations<br>The ability to influence and to provide constructive challenge which is accepted by others<br>The ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders<br>A team player who recognises how their position impacts and influences others<br>Pro-active and flexible, being prepared to plan and work on own initiative<br>Fluent in English language</p> <p><br><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <p><br>Knowledge of the nuclear sector, ideally new build<br>Financial reporting experience</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
