As we expand our service offerings across the UK nuclear industry, we&apos;re aiming to reach 500 dedicated professionals in 2025.<br>Now&apos;s your chance to join a company that&apos;s shaping the energy transition - where your expertise will matter, your growth will be supported, and your work will help power generations to come.<br>Framatome is one the main contractors for the construction of Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant, overseeing the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of primary circuit components.</p> <p><br>Based on Hinkley Point Construction Site, the Site Contract &amp; Commercial Manager core missions are the following:</p> <p><br><strong>Contract management</strong></p> <p><br>Manage and administer the main contract and associated subcontracts for UK4101 scope<br>Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (terms, milestones, deliverables)<br>Interpret contract clauses and provide guidance to project teams<br>Lead contractual correspondence with the client (EDF/NNB)<br>Manage notifications, claims, and variation orders<br>Coordinate Early Warning management for site topics</p> <p><br><strong>Commercial management</strong></p> <p><br>Prepare the commercial offers (variation proposal, claims, budgetary offers) and attend the Offer Review Meetings to approve internally the offer content before submission to<br>Coordinate with the Customer to clarify on one hand Variation Requests (VAR) and on the other hand Variation Proposals (VP)<br>Ensure communication and negotiation with the Customer<br>Coordinate transverse topics<br>Ensure a smooth and effective communication between the respective CCM Teams (HPC and Framatome)<br>Collect any request from the Customer related to Contract/Commercial, clarifies them where required and define / propose actions<br>Collect any request from Framatome related to Contract/Commercial, clarifies them where required, transmits and explains the requests to the appropriate HPC members<br>Contribute to project risk reviews (contractual and commercial risks). Develop mitigation strategies and track implementation<br>Ensure contractual risks are properly escalated and managed<br>Ensure compliance with Framatome procedures and governance rules<br>Support audits (internal/external)<br>Ensure proper documentation and traceability of contractual decisions</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>Master&apos;s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or related field<br>Significant experience in contract &amp; commercial management on large EPC projects<br>knowledge of complex contracts (e.g., FIDIC or bespoke nuclear contracts)<br>Experience ideally in nuclear or highly regulated industries is highly desirable<br>Experience working on-site in an international environment would be highly appreciated</p> <p><br><strong>Knowledge / Soft skills:</strong></p> <p><br>About 5-years&apos; experience, ideally in Large Projects<br>Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management<br>Results orientation, reliable, analytical capabilities, sense of synthesis<br>Customer orientation<br>English level: High-Elementary (Bright Test reference) at minimum<br>Strong contractual and commercial acumen<br>Negotiation and dispute resolution skills<br>Ability to work under pressure in a complex project environment<br>Computer literate: standard Microsoft package</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
