<p>The SZC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project. #SZCJobs</p><p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Groundworks Supervisor (Sizewell C)</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Ballycommon</strong></span><br><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Sizewell C</strong></span></p> <p><br>We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join a major civils package on the Sizewell C nuclear new build project.<br>This is a key supervisory role overseeing groundworks gangs on a high-compliance, safety-critical site.<br>Supervise and coordinate groundworks gangs delivering drainage, ducting, concrete, earthworks and associated civils<br>Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with RAMS and site procedures<br>Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and task supervision<br>Monitor productivity, quality, and programme targets<br>Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and subcontractors<br>Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site compliance</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>CSCS Gold Supervisor Card<br>SSSTS<br>CITB HSE Supervisor (SUPS)<br>Proven experience supervising groundworks gangs on large civil or infrastructure projects<br>Strong knowledge of health & safety and permit-controlled environments<br>Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively on site</p> <p><br><strong>Desirable:</strong></p> <p><br>Previous experience on major infrastructure or energy projects<br>Familiarity with strict compliance and reporting standards</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
