<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Training Coordinator</strong><br><strong>Balfour Beatty</strong><br><strong>Hinkley Point C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Main Duties:</strong></p> <p><br>Plan and organise all internal and external training requirements <br>Provide guidance and support on training queries<br>Issue accurate joining instructions for training programmes <br>Ensure training resources are in place and available <br>Upload completed training certificates to the learning management system <br>Create and maintain training records<br>Produce audit data (e.g. via Skillstation) when required <br>Support client audits and provide required information <br>Monitor compliance, reporting and expiry of training/competencies<br>Provide training data to stakeholders as needed <br>Develop training plans to address competency gaps <br>Support sourcing of training programmes with the training team <br>Build relationships with training providers <br>Raise purchase orders for training as required<br>Handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately <br>Liaise with partner organisations to maintain accurate training records</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)<br>Experience coordinating high volumes of training <br>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with ability to learn new systems <br>Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
