We&apos;re seeking a dedicated Fire Safety Advisor to lead safety initiatives, develop fire strategies, and ensure impeccable compliance across our projects. With your expertise, you&apos;ll help create safer buildings and communities by providing critical guidance and conducting thorough assessments that meet and exceed legislative standards.</p> <p><br><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <p><br>Deep knowledge of fire safety legislation and regulation management.<br>Proven experience in fire safety risk assessments and audits within commercial or construction sectors.<br>Strong understanding of general fire safety arrangements, systems, and roles.<br>Ability to interpret and address process fire risks, including DSEAR considerations.<br>Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills.<br>Skilled in analysing complex problems and recommending practical solutions.</p> <p><br><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p> <p><br>NEBOSH Fire Safety &amp; Risk Management Certification or equivalent.<br>Degree or diploma level education or relevant professional experience.<br>Demonstrable success in fire safety risk assessments, audits, and compliance within construction or commercial sectors.</p> <p><br><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>Willingness to stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and ongoing training.<br>Self-motivation and proactive work ethic to support incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts.</p> <p>Bring your expertise to a role that makes a difference.
