This is an exciting opportunity to lead, coordinate, and oversee construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while working in a high-stakes, high-security environment. Your leadership will be critical in driving project excellence from mobilization through completion, making a tangible impact on one of the most prominent energy infrastructure projects.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Skills: </strong><br> </p> <p>Proven experience managing large, complex construction projects with a focus on civil, mechanical, or electrical disciplines <br>Strong understanding of CDM regulations and safety standards, NEBOSH, SMSTS, or IOSH qualifications preferred <br>Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise reports <br>Capable of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders effectively <br>Demonstrable experience in strategic planning, construction sequencing, and resource management <br>Solid understanding of commercial principles affecting construction operations <br>Motivational leadership, with the ability to energize teams and foster trust.</p> <p><br><strong>Nice to Have Skills: </strong></p> <p><br>Prior experience operating within a high-security or nuclear environment <br>Familiarity with the use of project management tools such as Teamcenter, SWITCH, and relevant surveillance or assurance platforms <br>Experience in mobilizing contractor partners and managing significant site set-up and coordination</p> <p><br><strong>Preferred Education and Experience: </strong></p> <p><br>Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or Construction <br>Extensive track record delivering major construction projects, ideally within regulated or high-security sectors <br>NEBOSH, SMSTS, or IOSH certifications are highly desirable</p> <p><br><strong>Other Requirements: </strong></p> <p><br>Willingness to undertake site-based, often demanding, work and travel as required <br>Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight schedules <br>Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards</p> <p><br>Take the next step in your construction leadership career-apply now to be part of a prestigious project that shapes the future of energy infrastructure.</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
