You'll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.</p> <p><br><strong>What you'll do at work</strong></p> <p><br>Promote and raise awareness of Health, safety and environmental<br>Subcontract packages<br>Client liaison and reporting<br>Support planning and design<br>Provide support to Building Services Manager<br>Review tender drawings, specifications and associated documentation<br>Support in managing subcontractors on site<br>With experience advise on value engineering, risk and opportunity<br>Attend design and progress meetings<br>Manage RFI & technical queries schedule</p> <p><br><strong>Training</strong><br>Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You'll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.</p> <p><br><strong>Training provider</strong><br>University College of Estate Management </p> <p><br><strong>Training course</strong><br>Building services engineering senior technician (level 4)</p> <p><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br>Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience.
