You&apos;ll provide high‑level administrative, analytical, and logistical support to ensure leaders can operate at their best.</p> <p><br>No two days will be the same - this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful milestones.</p> <p><br><strong>What You&apos;ll Be Doing</strong></p> <p><br>Overseeing multiple senior diaries and optimising schedules<br>Producing polished reports, presentations, and confidential documentation<br>Screening communications and responding on behalf of executives<br>Arranging meetings, conferences, and travel (UK &amp; overseas)<br>Coordinating project events, community engagement, and charity initiatives<br>Running data analysis, reports, and supporting ad‑hoc project tasks<br>Building strong relationships across the project team and wider stakeholders<br>Keeping accurate and secure records, always ensuring confidentiality</p> <p><br><strong>Our ideal candidate will have:</strong></p> <p><br>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator<br>Outstanding organisational skills and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset<br>Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy team environment<br>Ability to build rapport at all levels, quickly and effectively<br>Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office &amp; SharePoint)<br>Strong attention to detail and high levels of discretion<br>A flexible, resilient, and forward‑thinking attitude</p> <p><br>As well as being part of a landmark project and working in a collaborative alliance environment, we offer:</p> <p><br>Discretionary annual bonus (based on personal/project performance)Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme (min. 5% company contribution)<br>Enhanced Sick Pay (after probation)<br>Income Protection, Private Medical Insurance and Life Assurance<br>Employee Assistance Programme<br>25-days annual leave + Bank Holidays per year (increasing with service)<br>Option to purchase additional annual leave<br>Paid annual professional memberships<br>Volunteering days<br>Professional growth and development</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
