<p>The Sizewell C Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.#SZCJobs</p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><strong>Skills, Social Value &amp; Performance Lead (Sizewell C)</strong><br><strong>HW Martin</strong><br><strong>Sizewell C</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Job Role </strong></p> <p><br>• Develop and maintain skills pipelines through partnerships with colleges, training providers, employability organisations, and Jobcentre Plus.<br>• Lead apprenticeship, trainee, and workforce development programmes, ensuring effective pathways into employment.<br>• Deliver employment and skills-related Social Value commitments, including community engagement and veterans&apos; employment initiatives.<br>• Coordinate and assure training, competence, induction, and mobilisation requirements.<br>• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.<br>• Maintain audit-ready evidence and support client reviews, inspections, and assurance activities.<br>• Act as the primary liaison with the Sizewell C Employment Affairs Unit on skills, Social Value, and performance matters.</p> <p><br><strong>Qualifications </strong></p> <p><br>• Educated to A‑level standard or equivalent, or demonstrable equivalent experience.<br>• Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel independently).<br>• Qualification in leadership, management, training, employability or continuous improvement.<br>• Coaching or mentoring qualification.</p> <p><br><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p><br>• Experience in skills, training, apprenticeships, workforce development, or employability programmes.<br>• Background in training assurance, competence management, or mobilisation activities.<br>• Experience delivering or supporting Social Value initiatives with measurable outcomes.<br>• Strong stakeholder engagement, performance management, and reporting skills.<br>• Experience supporting audits, compliance, or assurance processes.<br>• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.<br>• Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel independently).</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
