Your expertise will directly impact the success of critical infrastructure projects, making a real difference in the construction landscape.</p> <p><br><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <p><br>Broad knowledge of the building industry, materials, trades methods, and legal requirements<br>Excellent organization, delegation, and communication skills<br>Proven experience working within large construction teams<br>Ability to produce accurate, relevant daily diaries and reports<br>Strong attention to detail when checking work and materials<br>Effective relationship-building with contractors<br>Persuasive and diplomatic communication style, capable of maintaining independence</p> <p><br><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p> <p><br>Minimum of HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent vocational training and experience<br>Prior experience in construction surveillance and quality compliance<br>Attendance and certification in the HPC Clerk of Works course (training provided)</p> <p><br><strong>Nice to Have Skills:</strong></p> <p><br>Experience in the installation and erection of large civil works<br>Understanding of CDM Regulations and drawing approval processes<br>Proficiency in English, with knowledge of French considered an advantage<br>Experience using electronic handheld devices for data capture</p> <p><br><strong>Preferred Education and Experience:</strong></p> <p><br>Minimum of HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent vocational training and experience<br>Prior experience in construction surveillance and quality compliance<br>Attendance and certification in the HPC Clerk of Works course (training provided)</p> <p><br><strong>Other Requirements:</strong></p> <p><br>Willingness to support site safety policies and procedures<br>Ability to adapt to site-wide management issues and coordinate with diverse teams<br>Flexibility to support travel and field duties as needed<br>Take the next step in your construction career-apply now and become an essential part of delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that make an impact!</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
