<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p><strong>Head of Mobilisation</strong><br><strong>Altrad</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Permanent</strong></p> <p><br><strong>Mobilisation Operations Leadership:</strong></p> <p>• Lead the operational mobilisation function across the MEH Programme<br>• Establish and maintain a scalable mobilisation operating model capable of supporting programme growth<br>• Drive operational discipline, visibility and accountability across mobilisation activities<br>• Ensure mobilisation activity supports programme delivery priorities and workforce plans<br>• Create a high-performing mobilisation culture focused on pace, control and delivery</p> <p><strong>Supply & Pipeline Management:</strong></p> <p>• Oversee operational management of approved resource demand<br>• Ensure demand progresses visibly and efficiently through the mobilisation pipeline<br>• Coordinate sourcing activity across partner organisations and recruitment teams<br>• Monitor pipeline ageing, bottlenecks and mobilisation risks<br>• Drive mobilisation recovery activity where supply issues arise<br>• Support implementation of best athlete mobilisation principles<br>• Ensure mobilisation reporting and operational visibility are maintained</p> <p><strong>Deployment & Coordination:</strong></p> <p>• Oversee deployment planning, workforce coordination and mobilisation sequencing<br>• Ensure resources are deployed effectively in line with programme priorities<br>• Maintain visibility of mobilisation status, deployment readiness and operational flow Coordinate mobilisation interfaces with programme delivery teams and operational leaders<br>• Escalate deployment risks and operational constraints early</p> <p><strong>Operational Governance & Performance:</strong></p> <p>• Lead mobilisation operational cadence, reviews and escalation processes<br>• Monitor mobilisation performance against agreed SLAs and operational expectations<br>• Ensure operational mobilisation dashboards and reporting remain accurate and visible<br>• Drive operational performance improvement and mobilisation resilience<br>• Support governance reviews, operational assurance and programme reporting</p> <p><strong>Partner Coordination & Accountability:</strong></p> <p>• Work collaboratively with partner organisations, recruiters and operational stakeholders<br>• Ensure approved demand is actively supported and progressed operationally<br>• Challenge delays, inactivity and mobilisation underperformance appropriately<br>• Support mobilisation escalation and recovery activity where required<br>• Promote operational transparency, responsiveness and delivery focus across the mobilisation model</p> <p><strong>Strategic Alignment</strong></p> <p>• Work closely with the Head of Strategic Resourcing to align operational mobilisation activity with future workforce demand and capability planning<br>• Support mobilisation planning for future programme growth and resource requirements<br>• Provide operational insight into mobilisation constraints, risks and delivery challenges<br>• Support implementation of UKG-enabled workflows, reporting and operational visibility</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>• Strong operational leadership capability<br>• Experience managing mobilisation, operations or programme delivery environments<br>• Strong stakeholder and coordination skills<br>• Confidence in escalating issues and driving operational accountability<br>• Strong process, reporting and operational discipline<br>• Ability to operate effectively at pace within complex organisational structures<br>• Calm, structured and delivery-focused leadership style</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <p>• Strong operational leadership capability<br>• Experience managing mobilisation, operations or programme delivery environments<br>• Strong stakeholder and coordination skills<br>• Confidence in escalating issues and driving operational accountability<br>• Strong process, reporting and operational discipline<br>• Ability to operate effectively at pace within complex organisational structures<br>• Calm, structured and delivery-focused leadership style</p><p> </p> <p>For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
