<p>The HPC Jobs Service supports local people into exciting, long-term careers across our Project.</p> <p><strong>Office Manager - Bridgwater</strong></p> <p><br>TCi Construction WORKS is a commercial new-build, fit-out, and refurbishment contractor operating across the South of England, with extensive experience in specialist industrial environments.<br>We currently have an exciting opportunity for an office Manager / Senior administrator to join our team, working on a key local project in Bridgwater for a well-respected client.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><br>• Onboarding and vetting of all applicable operatives via workforce management systems, including leavers, rehires, shared resources, transfers, and project shared resources.<br>• Assist with supply chain training, guidance, onboarding procedures and compliance requirements as required.<br>• Track applications and operative status through to completion, ensuring all compliance documentation is stored securely.<br>• Assist with evidence collation as per C&Q Matrix requirements, ensuring filed correctly for audit purposes.<br>• Arrange required medicals and drug & alcohol testing, maintaining accurate and confidential records.<br>• Oversee booking of mandatory client behavioural safety training, liaising with onsite administration team.<br>• Book required operative inductions, including refresher and training courses.<br>• Conduct inductions against office personnel.<br>• Process requests for temporary workers and office visitors, warehouse visitors and urgent operational requirements.<br>• Organise all site service bookings via relevant systems, ensuring stakeholders are informed of instructions and potential issues timely.<br>• Attend and minute various meetings as required.<br>• Organise and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.<br>• Deal with both internal and external customers by means of telephone and email, as well as face to face with visitors, in a professional manner.<br>• Oversee office ordering requirements, replenishing stock where required.<br>• Maintaining office facilities including audits & inspections, scheduling service and repairs as necessary.
