What You'll Build In this role, you’ll: • Support the planning and execution of enablement initiatives, including certification programs and learning campaigns, to drive adoption of value management practices. • Assist in the creation, organization and delivery of initiatives for driving adoption for new tools, frameworks, and best practices. • Track and analyze participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to help improve enablement effectiveness. • Support with document preparation and executive communication for content geared towards senior leadership and extended value advisory team. • Support selected field engagements on Demand Generation, Deal Maturation and Deal Execution, i.e., through contributing POV documents and business case • Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to improve efficiency of internal and external facing processes. • Various ad hoc and administrative tasks. What You Bring • Pursuing a Master's Degree with focus on finance, strategy, consulting, STEM or combination of these • Strong analytical capabilities a must • Experience in cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders a plus • Problem-solver with tenacity to get the job done • Keeping an eye for detail in content creation and analysis • Ability to develop storylines, build high-quality PowerPoint presentations • Excellent presentation & facilitation skills (in person & virtual) • Appetite to learn & positive attitude • Full fluency in English • GPA 3.5+ WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous internship experience required, preferably in a large organization Where you belong Global Value Advisory is a a group of around 40 teammates charged with supporting best-in-class customer engagements, developing industry-leading value content and thought leadership, and creating the ultimate talent experience.
