What you'll do <div> <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li>Support global rollout of mindfulness programs and engagement of mindfulness communities at SAP including program management and planning tasks:</li> <li>Trainings planning and coordination of trainer staffing including communications</li> <li>Administration of trainings planning in the learning system</li> <li>Maintenance of registration lists</li> <li>Regular and short-term reporting tasks</li> <li>Support program communication: Newsletter to internal and external stakeholder, handling of JAM group</li> </ul> What you bring <ul> <li>Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences</li> <li>Preferred fields of study: Psychology, Natural Sciences, Business Administration</li> </ul> Required Skills: <ul> <li>Personal background in practicing mindfulness: A personal established regular meditation practice is highly preferable</li> <li>Ability to work independently and take over responsibility</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects self-organized in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills in English and German language</li> <li>Microsoft Office skills</li> </ul> Preferred Skills: <ul> <li>Ability to embrace and drive innovative ways of learning and influencing others to do the same.</li> <li>Knowledge in psychology, neuroscience.</li> <li>First practical experiences with topics related to organizational culture and mindfulness-based programs would be a plus</li> <li>Proven experience in compiling and analyzing learning analytics.</li> <li>Ability / willingness to write short social media posts related to mindfulness on our internal platform would be a plus</li> </ul> Meet your team </div> The SAP Global Mindfulness Practice program shares SAP’s own experience in establishing mindfulness practices in a global organization.
