What You'll Do SAP Cloud Infrastructure (SCI) is SAP’s enterprise cloud infrastructure stack that provides European data sovereignty and hyperscaler-grade capabilities. You would join the SAP Cloud Infrastructure Delivery Validation & Release Team. As part of the SAP Cloud Infrastructure Delivery Release team you will validate the delivery of SCI into sovereign and private cloud environments of our customers and ensure that hyperscaler-grade capabilities and advantages can be utilized in technically restricted sovereign and private setups. In your role as DevOps Engineer, you will validate the infrastructure delivery and deployment automation that powers SAP Cloud Infrastructure from a third party perspective. With the third party development operations engineer view you will identify automation gaps, deployment inconsistencies, information gaps and close them in collaboration with SCI development teams. You will work with Kubernetes, Terraform, Concours and other LM tools to validate the deployment and operation of container orchestration platforms, networking systems, and storage solutions. Your focus will be on ensuring the delivery of robust and error tolerant automation and deployment procedures that enable our customers to run SAP Cloud Infrastructure efficiently with low TCO and at scale in their own sovereign and private environments. Contributing to quality, robustness and operability you will enable SAP Cloud Infrastructure to compete with leading cloud platforms.
