What you’ll build Your role involves delivery of technical and application services within customer engagements. You need very good skills and capabilities in the following areas in Supply Chain Planning PPDS: a) S/4HANA ePPDS b) good to have SAP APO PPDS c) nice to have S/4HANA Production Planning d) nice to have Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Additionally, we expect that you are a decent problem solver with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. According to your experience, strengths, and customer needs, you will conduct some of the following tasks: 1. Analyze highly complex business processes including root cause analysis and optimization in heterogeneous system landscapes. 2. Together with other experts deliver remote and onsite services for global customers supporting with system optimization, conceptual planning as well as empowering the customers with up to date best practice knowledge. 3. Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects. 4. Analyze design and implementation approaches in the solution areas mentioned above. 5. Be a part of a cross-functional team assisting our customers in their transformation journey to cloud. 6. Mentor and train the Early Talents in our team. What you bring: - University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent - Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as developer, consultant, or support engineer in the areas mentioned above - Practical experience in managing customers, SAP implementation projects, service deliveries and/or project management - Ability to work under pressure, in critical situations and under tight deadlines. - Ability to drill down into technical or functional issues and solve complex and detailed problems - Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner - Willingness and ability to travel to customers - Fluent English Optional: - generic programming skills in ABAP - German and/or any other European language Where you belong: Do you love to work with people in a very dynamic environment?
