In this role, you will support the evaluation and execution of control and control-oriented private equity investments in India across sectors and transaction sizes.</p> <p>The role is intended for candidates with a strong record of analytical rigor, transaction exposure, and execution-oriented experience from top-tier investment banking, premium domestic investment banking, or top strategy consulting platforms</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments in India</li> <li>Support evaluation of investment opportunities through financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, industry analysis, and commercial assessment</li> <li>Assist in preparing Investment Committee materials and participate in internal investment discussions</li> <li>Support transaction execution and diligence workstreams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, and other due diligence</li> <li>Participate in meetings with management teams, advisors, and other external stakeholders, including company visits where relevant</li> <li>Monitor portfolio companies and support ongoing investment tracking, market research, and portfolio reporting</li> </ul><style type="text/css"> .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } </style> <div class="newspaper"> </div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>What we expect</strong></span><br><ul type="disc"> <li>18 months to 3 years of experience in an analytical, execution-oriented role within private equity, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance or management consulting.</li> <li>Strong financial modeling and valuation capability</li> <li>Ability to conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analysis</li> <li>Experience working on transactions, diligence assignments, strategic assessments, or corporate finance projects</li> <li>Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial analysis</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a high-intensity environment</li> <li>Fluency in written and spoken English</li> </ul></span></div> <div class="newspaper"> </div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>What we offer</strong></span></span></div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><p>Partners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
