<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What it's about</strong></span></span></p><p>To further extend our growing private Infrastructure team in Singapore we are looking for a Investment Leader, Private Infrastructure, to join the senior leadership and lead and enrich our team. Your responsibilities:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Sourcing and identifying direct investment opportunities in Asia-Pacific</li> <li>Managing deal teams, preparing investment committee inputs and presenting investment opportunities to the investment committee for investment opportunities</li> <li>Executing investment processes including managing work streams, from origination stage to closing and exit</li> <li>Taking board seats of portfolio companies as necessary, and actively contributing to value creation and monitoring efforts</li> <li>Review investment memoranda for, and participate in, investment committee meetings on a regular basis</li> <li>Leverage existing and develop relationships with current and prospective operating partners and industry experts to assist in identifying and assessing opportunities and drive value creation through our investee company boards</li> <li>Support the client solutions team on various capital raising related opportunities such as attending pitches and fund raising meetings</li> </ul><style type="text/css"> .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } </style> <div class="newspaper"> </div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>What we expect</strong></span><br><p>We are looking for a person who works well in an entrepreneurial organization, someone who is a self-starter and possesses strong networking and organisation skills, as well as demonstrated investment and team leadership experience.
