<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>What it's about</strong></span></span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Your main duties and responsibilities comprise the following tasks: </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Source investment opportunities and discuss relevant factors with the firm’s senior managers</li> <li>Own and run complex financial models across various infrastructure sub-sectors</li> <li>Conduct strategic & financial analysis of various sectors of interest and develop relevant investment themes and companies across India</li> <li>Quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments in infrastructure sector</li> <li>Prepare Investment Committee papers for, and attend Investment Committee meetings on a regular basis</li> <li>Take the lead in transaction due diligence work-streams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, etc.</li> <li>Participate in meetings with current and prospective, target companies as well as on-site visits etc.</li> <li>Support investment leadership in securing debt arrangements, negotiating purchase agreements, employment agreements and incentive compensation for management teams</li> <li>Work closely with portfolio companies in India to implement our value creation plan</li> <li>Conduct various tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, and marketing efforts</li> </ul> <p> </p><style type="text/css"> .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } </style> <div class="newspaper"> </div> <div class="newspaper"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><strong>What we expect</strong></span><br><ul type="disc"> <li>4-6 years of relevant work experience in top-tier private equity in infrastructure, investment banking or management consulting</li> <li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
