Functions / Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage strategic risk assessment and audit functions to ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant countries.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Follow and report on trade actions and provide strategic insights including impact analysis and forecasting.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage the international compliance team, brokers, and service providers with responsibility for U.S., Canada and Mexico import and export compliance for North American divisions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure business partners are meeting/exceeding established Key Performance Indicators (KPI).</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage part classifications and team to ensure parts are classified accurately and timely to avoid border crossing delays and entry errors.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Support SAP GTS implementation, training, and maintenance</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage post entry activities including post entry corrections, protests, reconciliation, and prior disclosures.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage the duty savings and refund programs and team, including USMCA and other Free Trade Agreements, Duty Drawback, CBSA Annex 9963, etc..</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Determine and implement other duty savings programs PACCAR is eligible for.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Licensed U.S. Customs Broker required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">8+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Trade Compliance required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong working knowledge of U.S. and Canada Customs laws.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to manage a fast paced, customer service-based department.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">2+ years of experience managing teams and service providers.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Motivated self-starter with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div
