This role requires versatility and a proactive approach to support plant operations, including robotic welding and robotic material handling systems</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Perform preventive maintenance (PM), troubleshooting, and repair of industrial production equipment, including robotic welding cells and robotic material handling systems. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns involving electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Implement equipment upgrades and modifications to improve safety, product quality, and on-time delivery. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Train production associates on the safe setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting of production and robotic equipment. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Assist with the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of new machinery and automation systems. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Perform general facility maintenance and repairs as required. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Maintain, calibrate, and repair production hand tools and support tool control procedures. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives for production equipment, processes, and the preventive maintenance program. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Accurately document maintenance activities using the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Perform other related duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Qualifications</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical industrial equipment using schematics, drawings, manuals, and diagnostic tools. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic power systems. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Solid experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical power and control circuits. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Working knowledge of industrial electronics, including PLC troubleshooting and basic programming (Allen-Bradley preferred). </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Experience with industrial robotics, including robotic welding and robotic material handling systems; Fanuc experience preferred. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Capable of steel fabrication using saws, torches, welders, mills, and lathes. </span></li> <li style="line-height:normal"><span style="">Computer literate;
