What You’ll Build The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. In this role, you will support our SAP Concur team in building strong relationships with customers after their implementation phase. You will help ensure a smooth post-implementation experience by coordinating client requests, supporting internal teams, and providing guidance to customers on how to best use their SAP Concur solutions. You will work with a large international portfolio of customers and collaborate with colleagues across multiple teams to resolve questions, manage escalations, and deliver high-quality customer service. As you grow in the role, you will also gain exposure to consulting activities such as system configuration and best-practice advisory for SAP Concur customers.
