The role supports MCC/SMO orchestration by developing algorithms for capacity planning, routing, scheduling, congestion avoidance, contingency handling, handover support and SLA-driven service continuity. The engineer combines classical and advanced optimization techniques with 5G-NTN system knowledge to support practical resource orchestration decisions across RAN, satellite payload, feeder links,
