style="line-height:150%">Offer payload expertise on satellite performance, and as a component interface in end-to-end communication link design.</span></li> <li style="line-height:150%;margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px"><span style="line-height:150%">Work with Adaptive Resource Optimizer and Allocator ground-based software systems to integrate spacecraft payload data models and In-orbit calibration style="line-height:150%">Support the design, procurement, testing, and integration of new satellites, including in-orbit testing and phasing into the constellation.</span></li> <li
