This role partners cross-functionally with Flavor Creation, Sensory & Consumer Science, Quality, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver best-in-class confectionary solutions across vitamin & mineral supplement applications, including gummy, chews, gels, and unique formats. The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of standard confection formulation, fortification with functional ingredients in a confection base, and flavor/ingredient interactions to enable rapid
