With a focus on our European Commercial Markets, the appointee will support some of the General Manager’s across all aspects of the people agenda. This role will work with the business leaders to solve organisational challenges and target growth opportunities through people related solutions. This is an end to end HR role, and the HR shared service functions are still in development, so this role requires the flexibility to drive the strategic agenda as well as the operational agenda.
